Mark Manson is my new hero! This books is revolutionizing the way I look at life. I'm still reading it and I'm so impressed with what I've learned already.

Most of what I'm reading can't be repeated in this blog, because the "F" word is sprinkled throughout, but the message is powerful, relevant, and meaningful. My 38-year-old daughter introduced it to me. And at 68, I have to admit that I still have a lot to learn!

Another thing I've realized is that I am giving way too much attention to things that don't deserve my time! If, like me, you spend a lot of your time worrying about what you later say, "Why did I waste so much time on that?" you owe it to yourself to read this book!
